Volunteer Training Registration
 

Giving Voice requires all choral companions and lead rehearsal site volunteers to participate in our volunteer training to become a Dementia Friend. Please use the form below to register for training.

Please choose one:
I am a returning volunteer.
I am new to Giving Voice.
Please select the volunteer training you plan to attend:
January 29, 1-3 PM at The Pillars of Prospect Park (22 Malcolm Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414)
February 5, 1-3 PM at Normandale Lutheran Church (6100 Normandale Rd, Edina, MN 55436)
I can't attend in person but will do the online training. Please send me information.
