Volunteer
Giving Voice's current volunteer program exists to support our choruses in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, but we are looking for passionate advocates around the world to help us spread dementia-friendly choruses to every community.

If you have a big idea for how you'd like to offer your time, skills, and connections in service of our mission, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out to Executive Director Eyleen Braaten to share your vision.

Whether you're helping at our rehearsals, assisting in the office, or engaging with the community, there are many ways you can support our singers, their families, and our mission.
We invite you to find a volunteer opportunity that resonates with you and join us!

To ensure a positive and supportive experience for everyone, all volunteers undergo a background check and attend a volunteer orientation, including valuable training from Dementia Friends. The orientation lasts about two hours and takes place before each semester begins.
