Inspire, Equip and Connect
The theme of this conference is Inspire, Equip, and Connect and is intended to support existing dementia choirs and up and coming dementia choirs through education, inspiration, and connection with others doing this work. No one community choral program for people living with dementia and their care partners looks the same and this experience will celebrate that. Featuring numerous voices and collaborative expertise, there is something for everyone, and you will walk away with a reignited passion for this work, a new perspective, and several new friends. We’ll see you there.
